A Fully Livered Mobile K9 Unit provides a presence that many regard as the ultimate deterrent.

Our Canine Teams are robustly trained, insured and abide by the code of practice as set out in the British Standard 8517 – “Security Dogs”.

WINNS Security Services’ handlers are mainly ex-service personnel.  Our K9 Units Management Team have over 40 years combined experience in either patrol and/or Drugs & Explosive Detection Canine services.

Dog Assisted Patrols are generally used to enhance an existing team, but can be a cost effective solution as in certain circumstances they can substitute for a two/three man team of officers depending on the circumstance.
